What not to wear
If you go to Waterfront Park and it's really hot outside, just go ahead and take off your shirt, no one will mind. Although the kids kind of wondered about this nice lady enjoying the sun!

OH MY GOSH! Is she serious! That is the oddest thing I have seen in a long time. I think it's interesting that the guy has his shirt on though :)
