Catch Up Time!

June was a very busy but fun month and I didn't blog anything! So this will be a long post of all that has happened.
First of all, Ashley graduated from High School(with honors) We are so proud of her! She has been doing Running Start during her Junior and Senior years, so by this December she will have her associates degree. Way to go Ash!

The Davis' came up from Utah to be here for her graduation. We had a great time!

We had a little get together for Ashley, and Savannah spent a whole day making all the treats for it. Everything was DELICIOUS!

Here's four of the seven sisters - Kirsten, me, Kathy, and Sherod enjoying the party.

Allie graduated from Kindergarten. She is very excited that Mr. Lyum, who she loves, is going to move up with the class and be her first grade teacher too. Yay!

We enjoyed a night out away from all the kids. We went to Seattle and ate at Elliotts on the water. So yummy..

We took a few days and headed to Ocean Shores. The weather was great and the kids loved playing on the beach!

Savannah and HannahAllie and Grace

We spent a day in Seattle at the Pacific Science Center, then played in the big fountain there.

Allie's best friend Katie moved to Japan. She was SO sad. But now they Skype (webcam) together, it's so funny to watch them!

Jake and Charley went on a father/son canoe outing. It was a beautiful evening for it!

Father's Day was also our 20th Anniversary. The kids decorated the house for us and sent us on a fun treasure hunt. The prize at the end was a gift certificate for a couples massage- what great kids! The bummer was that the day before Charley had gotten stung by a bee, and he's alergic. So by Sunday his hand was so swollen it looked like it was going to pop! The Dr. told him to take Benedryl, which made him very sleepy. So he got to take a long fathers day/anniversary nap.

Allie made this sign for him all by herself. She LOVES to make signs and pictures!

And last of all, the girls and I ran the Seattle Rock & Roll half Marathon! It was so much fun! I am so proud of Ashley and Savannah, they did so awesome! Except Savannah left us and ran ahead at mile 8, then beat us by 10 minutes. She's ready for the full marathon! Our good friends did it too, although they were a little faster. And is it my imagination or do they look like they are two feet taller than us??

So that's June- I hope July is just as fun!!
